1 Shipping destinations
1.1 We currently ship to the United States, Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, France, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.
1.2 Orders placed from outside these countries may be rejected or canceled.
2 Shipping rates and checkout terms
2.1 Shipping options, costs, and promotions are calculated in real time at checkout based on destination, basket value after discounts, and chosen service level.
2.2 The shipping rate and delivery estimate shown at checkout for the specific order are binding and prevail over any other statements published elsewhere.
3 Processing time
3.1 Processing time is 1 to 5 business days before dispatch.
3.2 We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.
4 Estimated transit times
4.1 Transit times are estimates from the moment the order is handed to the carrier and can vary due to peak season, customs processing, operational constraints, and unforeseen carrier delays.
4.2 Tracking updates can appear delayed between transport stages.

5 Tracking
5.1 All dispatched orders receive a tracking reference by email.
5.2 Tracking availability and update frequency depend on the carrier and the transport stage.
6 Duties and taxes
6.1 Shipments are sent DAP or DDU. Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees, if applicable, are payable by the recipient and depend on destination rules.
7 Split shipments
7.1 To speed up delivery, we may ship items separately at no extra cost.
8 Delivery responsibility and customer availability
8.1 Once the shipment is handed to the carrier, delivery is performed by the carrier and local last mile partners.
8.2 Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and for managing delivery preferences offered by the carrier, such as safe place, neighbor delivery, or pickup options where available.
8.3 We cannot control individual courier decisions at the delivery address.
9 Undeliverable parcels and address issues
9.1 If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, unclaimed pickup, or other delivery failure within the customer’s control, any reshipment and related costs may be charged to the customer where legally permissible.
10 Investigations and confirmed loss
10.1 If a shipment shows no progress for an extended period, we may initiate an inquiry with the carrier.
10.2 If the carrier confirms the shipment as lost, we will offer an appropriate resolution in line with applicable law, which may include a replacement shipment or a refund.
